Blue Gum juniors selected for squash Nationals
We’re proud to share some incredible news – seven of our juniors have been selected to represent Western Australia at the 2025 Australian Junior Championships in Ballarat this September.
These players have put in years of hard work and shown real commitment to reach this level. A big congratulations to:
Hannah Slyth – a consistent high achiever, representing both WA and Australia on the world stage.
Josie Jones – making her fourth and final appearance in the State team.
Kayla & Ella Clarke – both returning for their second State team selection.
Ashton Clement, Jasper Tapley and Miranda Clarke – celebrating their very first selection to represent WA.
This is an outstanding achievement for every one of them, and a proud moment for our club.
How you can help them get to Ballarat
Travelling from WA to Ballarat is expensive, so we’ve launched a fundraising campaign to raise $7,000 to help cover travel and accommodation costs for our juniors.
If you’d like to support the team, here are two ways you can help:
Every dollar goes directly to supporting our juniors and helping them get to Nationals.
Let’s get behind them and help these players take the next big step in their squash journey!
